Undefeated and adidas Originals combine the forces to release this All-Star inspired Forum Mid. The black and white style is made out of suede with leather detailing on the Adidas stripes and it also utilizes star graphics on the lace covers with a larger star logo on the ankle featuring the Jerry West’s silhouette. You can also see 5-strike logo that is featured on the insoles in various shades of red and blue incorporated with some extra black star graphics and a grey velcro nylon ankle strap which is finished in red, white and blue.
