Sport Tech was founded in a family environment as a small business in 1997. Just 400 square feet and two guys in charge, selling a few sneaker styles from Fila and Nike. This is what Sport Tech looked like at that time.
Later on Guess and Nautica denims and Tami and Fila apparels expanded the range of goods Sport Tech could propose. Eventually, Sport Tech was extended to 1500 square feet and got a wide variety of styles from the most popular brands including Nike SB, Blazer, Air Max, Air Jordan, Reebok, and Hugo Boss and Prada as representatives of more fashionable brands.
By opening new additional stores Sport Tech expanded its range of goods even more by introducing more women’s brands in 2004 (SONIA by Sonia Rykiel, Bejeweled, Twisted Heart, etc.) and some new brands in Kids store (IKKS, Juicy Couture, Nike Kids Little Marc Jacobs, etc.), which was opened a year later.
The fourth store, “BNYC” which provides more fashionable pieces both from Men’s and Women’s collections from Hugo Boss, Guess, Sonia Rykiel and Diesel was opened later than other ones in 2007, which makes it the youngest of all Sport Tech related stores. Many of those who shopped at Sport Tech in the late 90′s now have kids, who are Sport Tech’s regular customers as well. It was founded in a family environment and this is passed on to it’s customers, so you’re always welcome at our shop!
Sport Tech started providing online services about two years ago. Two main sites, bnyconline.com and anyconline.com are very informative and easy to navigate websites along with bnycblog.com, a blog where you can find information about latest sneaker and stylish clothing releases.
The latest styles available at Sport Tech’s sites and retail stores include the hottest Rich Yung, CAVI, Crooks & Castles and other cool brands along with the new Air Jordan Fusion 6 from Nike, Nike Shox and others.
